You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition, at or before ten o'clock A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of 28 days after the date of issuance of this Citation, on Monday, May 25th, 2026 at 10:00am before the Honorable 382nd District Court of Rockwall County, Texas at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 E. Yellowjacket Lane of said County in Rockwall, Texas. Said Plaintiffs Petition, was filed in said Court on 7/24/25, A.D., in this case numbered 1-25-1250 on the docket of said court, and styled, In the Interest of Oyema Owen ldahosa and Iziebe Ruby Idahosa, Minor Children.
The Court has the authority in this suit to render an order in the child's (children's) interest that will be binding on you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child's (children) adoption.
