This case involves a petition for declaratory judgment concerning the real property located at 219 Ike Street, San Antonio, Texas and is described as Lot 30, Block 10, New City Block 11226, San Antonio, Bearer County, Texas. Plaintiff seeks a judicial determination that the obligations owed to Rudolfo Durand by Plaintiff under a Contract for Deed between them has been fully satisfied and the contract has been fully performed by Plaintiff; that the purchase money lien on the property created by the Contract for Deed is released and of no effect; and that enforcement of the Contract for Deed is barred by the 4-year statute of limitations and the purchase money lien is void. This citation shall be served by the sheriff or any constable of any county of the State of Texas or by the clerk of the court in which the case is pending, by having the same published ONCE each week for FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, the first publication to be at least 28 days before the return of the citation.
