N O T I C ENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN ORDINANCE NO. 3190BEARING THE FOLLOWING CAPTION WASADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF KATY, TEXAS, ON APRIL 13, 2026:AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITYOF KATY ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 621 BYGRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT THATALLOWS A SPECIAL USE, TO WIT: ARELIGIOUS INSTITUTION AT 6193 HIGHWAYBLVD SUITE 201, FOR THE BENEFIT OFCHAMPIONS CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL;PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE;REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTSOF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY ANDPROVIDING FOR A PENALTY OF UP TO$2,000 DOLLARS PER DAY FOR A VIOLATIONOF ANY PROVISION OF THE ORDINANCE.
