CITY FACILITY CURFEW: AN ORDINANCE NO. 2025-11-01 OF THE CITY OF TROY, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADD SECTION 1.01.017, “CITY FACILITY CURFEW,” ESTABLISHING HOURS OF CLOSURE FOR CITY PARKS, PAVILIONS, PLAYGROUNDS, AND OTHER CITY FACILITIES BETWEEN 9:00 P.M. AND 7:00 A.M.; PROVIDING FOR PERMITS FOR AUTHORIZED USE OUTSIDE CURFEW HOURS; PROVIDING THAT VIOLATIONS CONSTITUTE A CLASS C MISDEMEANOR PUNISHABLE BY A MINIMUM FINE OF $250.00 AND NOT TO EXCEED $500.00; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE UPON PUBLICATION.
