DANGEROUS AND AGGRESSIVE DOGS Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Troy, Texas, has adopted Ordinance No. 2026-04-01, amending the City's Animal Control regulations. This ordinance establishes updated provisions regarding dangerous and aggressive dogs, animal restraint requirements, enforcement authority, and regulations for keeping animals within the city limits. The ordinance provides for registration requirements, liability insurance, and enforcement procedures to protect public health and safety.
