edit, alter or decline any advertisement. Position of ads can
not be guaranteed. The Facts assumes no financial respon-
sibilityfortypographicalerrorsoromissionofcopy.Liability
for errors or omissions shall not exceed the cost of that at-
tributable portion of space. Advertisers, advertising agen-
cies or agents will assume all liability for advertisements
published and agree to assume any and all responsibility
