Prairieville St., Suite 101 500 Chestnut St Ste 1511 Athens, Texas 75751 Abilene Tx 79602 Cause# :105-2026CCL2 THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: All heirs of Brett Edwards Philen, Deceased whose name and/or whereabouts are unknown, and any heirs who have a legal disability: There is presently pending in the County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, Texas, in Cause No. 105-2026CCL2 and IN THE ESTATE OF Brett Edwards Philen, Deceased an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP filed by Juan Carlos Mendoza. Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (l 0) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of Juan Carlos Mendoza, to declare Heirship in such cause.
