  All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written answer or contest with the Clerk of the Court for Probate Court No.1 of Tarrant County, Texas at the Courthouse located at 100 W. Weatherford, 2nd floor, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, on May 18, 2026, which is the first Monday after the expiration of Ten (10) days from the date of publication, then and there to answer said Application for the Determination of Heirship and for Independent Administration with Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates Code of JOSE CARLOS FREITAS AKA JOSE FREJTAS filed on April 30, 2026 and show cause why this Court should not render a determination of heirs and only heirs in the estate of PAULETTE SUE BATES, DECEASED.
  Petitioner alleges that the decedent died in Fort Worth, Texas on November 20, 2013 and prays the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs and only heirs of PAULETTE SUE BATES, DECEASED.
