Notice is hereby given that on May 4, 2026, Letters of Independent Administration upon the Estate of Richard Evermond Upshaw were issued to Ronald Evans Upshaw, as Independent Administrator, in proceedings in County Court At Law No. 3, of Smith County, Texas, in Cause No. 49879P, and pending in said Court and that he now holds such Letters.
