THE STATE OF TEXAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION CAUSE NO. 26P099 IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL STEPHEN HUGHES, DECEASED TO ALL UNKNOWN OR MISSING HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL STEPHEN HUGHES, DECEASED Judith Michelle Hayes in the above-numbered and entitled estate filed an Application to Determine Heirship and Request For Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Texas Estates Code Section 401.003(a) on 03/04/2026 In the Estate of Michael Stephen Hughes, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Michael Stephen Hughes Deceased, and their respective shares and interest in such estate, and appointing Judith Michelle Hayes to serve as the Independent Administrator of said estate and Determined Heirship. The court may act on said application at any call of the docket or or after 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Parker County Court, One Courthouse Square, Weatherford, TX 76086 in Parker County, Texas.
