THE STATE OF TEXAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION CAUSE NO. 26P052 IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RENO LOS GIPSON, DECEASED TO ALL UNKNOWN OR MISSING HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF RENO LOS GIPSON, DECEASED Carmen H. Gipson in the above-numbered and entitled estate filed an Application to Determine Heirship and for Application for Independent Administration and Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates Code on 02/04/2026 In the Estate of Reno Los Gipson, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Reno Los Gipson, Deceased, and their respective shares and interest in such estate, and appointing Carmen H. Gipson to serve as the Independent Administrator of said estate and Determined Heirship. The court may act on said application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Parker County Court, One Courthouse Square, Weatherford, TX 76086 in Parker County, Texas.
