Hannah McCluskey in the above-numbered and entitled estate filed an Application to Determine Heirship and For Independent Administration And For Independent Administration And For Letters Of Administration Pursuant To Section 401.003 Of The Texas Estates Code on 02/18/2026 In the Estate of William D. McCluskey, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of William D. McCluskey, Deceased, and their respective shares and interest in such estate, and appointing Hannah McCluskey to serve as the Independent Administrator of said estate and Determined Heirship.
The court may act on said application at any call of the docket on or after the expiration of 10 days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Parker County Court, One Courthouse Square, Weatherford, TX 76086 in Parker County, Texas.
All persons interested in this case are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to said Application before the above stated time and date should you desire to do so.
