NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING A MASS GATHERING On Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 8:15 am at the Historic Courthouse, 2 N. Main, Room 201, Cleburne, Texas, there will be a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment and deciding the following issue: “APPLICATION FOR A MASS GATHERING BY SAM GUTIERREZ, BIG RANCH PROMOTIONS, LLC FOR EQUESTRIAN EVENTS TO BE HELD ON SUNDAY, MAY 17, 2026 AND SUNDAY, MAY 24, 2026 AT 5224 COUNTY ROAD 417, CLEBURNE, TEXAS 76031”
