Meeting places established for Blue Meadow Municipal Utility District No. 4 Board meetings.

NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF MEETING PLACES OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT
TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF BLUE MEADOW MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 4 OF COLLIN COUNTY AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
  Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Blue Meadow Municipal Utility District No. 4 of Collin County (the “District”), at a meeting of said Board held on February 6, 2026, established the following meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: the offices of Coats Rose, P.C., 16000 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 350, Dallas, Texas 75248; 15950 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 125, Dallas, Texas 75248; 2727 Routh Street, Dallas, Texas 75201; and the offices of Westwood, 11000 Frisco Street, Suite 400, Frisco, Texas 75033. The meeting locations are hereby declared to be public places, and the public is invited to attend any meeting of the Board. All residents and taxpayers of the District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meeting of the Board. Additionally, pursuant to Section 49.062(b), Texas Water Code, the meeting locations are not located within ten (10) miles of the District, as such locations are more cost-effective meeting locations than locations within ten (10) miles of the District.
