Customers Bank seeks to establish a branch office in Dallas, TX.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Customers Bank, with its main office located at 40 General Warren Blvd, Suite 200, Malvern, PA 19355, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch office at 100 Crescent Ct #220, Dallas, TX 75201. 
The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of the applicant bank in helping to meet local credit needs.
You are invited to submit comments on this application, in writing, to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Ten Independence Mall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106. The comment period will not end before March 18, 2026, and may be somewhat longer. The Federal Reserve Board's Policy Statement regarding notice of applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. 262.25.
