NBH Bank, 7800 E. Orchard Road, Ste. 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 3100 Monticello Ave., Ste. 500, Dallas, TX 75205. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs. You may submit written comments on the application to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City at KCApplicationComments@kc.frb.org or to the attention of Jeff Imgarten, Assistant Vice President at One Memorial Drive, Kansas City, Missouri 64198. The comment period will not end before March 21, 2026. The Board's procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262.
