In accordance with Texas Local Government Code §211.006, a public hearing will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and by the City Council on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Fate City Hall located at 1900 C.D. Boren Pkwy, Fate, Texas for the purpose of discussion, consideration, and taking of any necessary action regarding a Future Land Use Plan Amendment and a Planned Development Zoning Request for a development containing 77 new residential units and 16,352 square feet of neighborhood-serving commercial space on 11.88 acres. The applicant is requesting to change the Future Land Use Plan from Rural Reserve to Suburban Neighborhood, and to rezone from Agriculture (A) to Planned Development Zoning District (PD).
