PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.159 of the Texas Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held by the Gainesville Economic Development Corporation, a Type B economic development corporation, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at Gainesville Civic Center located at 311 South Weaver, Gainesville, Texas, to consider and take action upon the following project: Provide a Sales Tax Incentive payment to Axis Energy Services, LLC for an Expansion Incentive as a cash payment for Project Investment.
