PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners' Court of Orange County, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday May 12, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Orange County Administration Building, 123 South 6th Street, Orange, Texas for the following purpose to-wit:
HEARING PURPOSE:
To discuss and receive comments regarding financial incentives related to infrastructure improvements at Project Capstone located at IH-10 West at MLK Drive, Orange, Texas 77632.
