Notice is hereby given by the Port Arthur Economic Development Corporation (PAEDC), a  Texas Nonprofit 4A Economic Development Corporation for planned expenditures of 4B  funds by the PAEDC as listed below to develop sports venues and related infrastructure in  Port Arthur, Texas. The PAEDC will conduct a public hearing on the following project on  Monday, June 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., at 501 Procter St. Port Arthur, TX 77640. Babe Zaharias  Golf Course Improvements--For the construction of a golf training and teaching facility;  renovations to existing restroom and kitchen facilities; installation of new irrigation system
