NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
As a result Big & Rhea, L.L.C.'s default of a March 22, 2022 promissory note and commercial security instrument, Rhea Stroope, the holder and owner of the promissory note and assignee of the commercial security instrument will sell the secured collateral at a public sale taking place on May 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Law Office of Andrew D. Thomas located at 422 E Interstate 30, Suite F, Royse City, Texas 75189.
The collateral is a 2023 Peterbilt 579 Truck (VIN 1XPBDP9X5PD843737).
The collateral will be sold to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's checks, subject to the lender's right to credit bid against the debt owed.The purchase price will be due and payable without delay upon acceptance of the bid.
The collateral will be sold "AS IS" in its present condition and subject to any ad valorem taxes for the current and prior years.
The collateral will be delivered to the purchaser no later than fourteen (14) days after the sale.Date: April 23, 2026.
