PUBLIC NOTICE

Tarpon Oil & Gas Co., POB 470773, Fort Worth, Texas, 76147 applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil and gas.

The applicant proposes to inject fluid in to the Mallory (Strawn) formation, Crawford West lease, Well number 5. The proposed well is located 6 miles north of Strawn in the Mallory (Strawn) Field in Palo Pinto County, Texas. Fluid will be injected in strata in the subsurface depth interval from 1478 to 1490 ft.
