La Ciudad de Texas City recibe fondos del De-
partamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano
de los Estados Unidos (HUD, por sus siglas en
inglés) a través del Programa de Subvenciones
en Bloque para el Desarrollo Comunitario
