PUBLIC NOTICE: Victoria Housing Authority Amended 2026 Annual Plan On the 19th day of May 2026, at 9:00 a.m. of said day at 4001 Halsey St, Victoria, Texas, the Victoria Housing Authority is requesting public review and comment at a public hearing pertaining to a proposed amendment to the 2026 Annual PHA Plan, the conversion of public housing units under HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program.
