TO: UNKNOWN FATHER, Respondent and all whom it may concern:

YOU HAVE BEEN SUED. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. The First Amended Petition OF JUAN DIEGO GARCIA; SARA KATHRYN GARCIA, Petitioners, was filed in the court of Victoria County, Texas on the 4th day of December, 2025, against, BRYAN ALEXANDER FARIAS; UNKNOWN FATHER, Respondents, said suit being numbered 25-03-92147-D and entitled ‘In the Interest of KAYSEN ANTHONY GARCIA AND ELIJAH ALEXANDER GARCIA, Minor Child'.
