NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORFLUID INJECTION WELL PERMITSue-Ann Operating, L.C., PO Box 3910, Victoria, TX 77903-3910 is applying tothe Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formationwhich is productive of oil and gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluidinto the Miocene, Oligocene, Het Lime, and Frio Formations, Abrams, W. H.Lease, Wells No. 120 and 141. The proposed injection wells are located +/- 2.5miles Northwest of West Columbia, Texas in the West Columbia New Field,in Brazoria County, Texas.
