Published 3 times in the Waxahachie Sun, Wednesday, April 29 and May 6, 13, 2026.The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Green Acres North Addition, Lot 36A & Lot 36B, being a replat of Tract 36, Green Acres North Addition. The ± 6.248-acre site is located ± 3,370 feet northwest of the intersection of FM 878 (West Jefferson Street) and Frances Street, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Palmer, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
