PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CANCELLATION OF BUCHANAN ACRES LOT 1 CONSISTING OF 2.500 ACRES IN PRECINCT TWO

THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS' COURT of Parker County, Texas, will conduct a Public Hearing on the First Floor of the Main Courthouse, located at One Courthouse Square, Weatherford, Parker County, Texas, on Tuesday, the 26TH day of May 2026 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. to consider, discuss and/or act on the cancellation of a subdivision located in Precinct 2, Parker County, Texas as follows: Owner, LISA NICHOLS, is requesting that 2.500 Acres known as BUCHANAN ACRES LOT 1 be hereby cancelled and the property be reestablished to its original tract according to Section 232.008 of the Texas Local Government Code. 

If anyone has any questions or objections to this proposed cancellation of 2.500 Acres known as BUCHANAN ACRES LOT 1 located in Precinct Two, an opportunity to speak before the Commissioners Court will be given to any interested party at the time and place shown above.
