NOTICE TO BIDDERS/INVITATION FOR BIDS 

Panola Gateway & Digital Learning Early Fiber Package – Jacobe Brothers Construction, LLC is soliciting bids for the installation of new underground conduit, pull boxes, and fiber optic cabling throughout the campus and termination of fiber optic cabling at each existing building.

Submission Deadline: Sealed proposals are due on or before 2:00pm, March 9, 2026.

Submission Location: Bids may be submitted electronically on or before the deadline at stefanihyatt@jacobebros.com

Drawings and Specifications: Drawings and Specifications are available for review at Jacobe Brothers Construction's office at 700 SSE Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75702. Electronic copies are also available upon request. Contact Stefani Hyatt at 903-592-5091 if electronic copies are preferred.
