Ferguson, Suite #414, Tyler, TX 75702 on March 18, 2026, by 2:00 PM for RFP 17-26 Independent Auditing Services-Road Bond Expenditures and Compliance. Late proposals will not be accepted. Specifications are available through Smith County's website at Smith-county.com, purchasing department, current bidding opportunities on publicpurchase.com, by email at purchasing@smith-county.com or by calling (903)-590-4720.
