INVITATION TO BID

Chapel Hill Independent School District will receive competitive sealed bids for Left Turn Lane Improvements along E. Fifth Street (SH 64) until March 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the office of the Chapel Hill ISD, Executive Director of Facilities and Operations, 11134 CR 2249, Tyler, Texas, 75707, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  

Bids received after that date and time will not be accepted. 

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 05, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at The C. T. Brannon Corporation, 1321 South Broadway, Tyler, Texas. It is highly recommended that companies submitting bids attend.
