NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Apryl Lee Scifres filed a First Amended Application to Declare Heirship, Create Independent Administration by Agreement, and for Letters of Administration, in the Probate Court #2 of Denton County, Texas. Nature of the proceeding is the request for the Court to declare heirship in In the Estate of Daniel Lewis Matthews, Deceased.
Probate Court #2 may act on said application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 am on the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date this citation is served.
