PUBLIC HEARING NOTICENotice is hereby given that the Denton County Commissioners Court will hold a Public Hearing to consider and/or take appropriate action on replat of Bois D'Arc Acres. The owners of Bois D'Arc Acres (Lot 9 – 5.005 acres) are requesting to revise the plat. The purpose of this replat is to split Lot 9 into two separate tracts called Lots 9R1 and 9R2 of Bois D'Arc Acres. The proposed replat has met all Denton County Subdivision Rules and Regulations and is recommended for approval by Denton County Development Services. This replat will continue to conform to the original approval. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom, located at 1 Courthouse Drive on March 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
