PUBLIC HEARING NOTICENotice is hereby given that the Denton County Commissioners Court will hold a Public Hearing to consider and/or take appropriate action on replat of Copper Creek Estates Phase III. The owners of Copper Creek Estates Phase III Addition – Replat (Lots 1R1 and 1R2, Block 1, – 2.016 Acres) are requesting to revise the plat. The purpose of this replat is to abandon the common lot line between Lot 5X, Block B, Copper Creek Estates, and Lot 1, Block 1, Copper Creek Estates Addition Phase III; to abandon a portion of the existing utility easement and to reconfigure the resulting tract into two (2) one-acre buildable lots with conforming easements within Copper Creek Estates Phase III. The proposed replat has met all Denton County Subdivision Rules and Regulations and is recommended for approval by Denton County Development Services. This replat will continue to conform to the original approval. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom, at the new Denton County Administrative Courthouse, located at 1 Courthouse Drive on March 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
