IN THE PROBATE COURT NO 2 OF TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS
NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS
AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EVELYN M. BAUM
Notice is hereby given that on February 10, 2026, Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Evelyn M. Baum were issued to David G. Baum and Janet Baum Jones, as Independent Co-Executors, in proceedings in Probate Court No. 2 of Tarrant County, Texas, in Cause No. 2025-PR03334-2, and pending in said Court and that they now hold such Letters.
All persons having claims against this Estate are hereby required to present the same to David G. Baum and Janet Baum Jones, as Independent Co-Executors of said Estate, within the time and in the manner prescribed by law, addressed in care of the attorneys for the Estate as follows:
