NOTICE TO BIDDERS Requesting Sealed Proposals for the construction of “Three Points Vil- lage Project Phase 2 Project”, consisting of five (5) Single Family res- idential homes. Bids will be received at NeighborWorks Laredo, 216 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043 until 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 6, 2026. Said bid shall be marked: “THREE POINTS VILLAGE PHASE 2 PROJECT” The project consists of constructing five (5) new affordable starter homes according to plans and specifications. Only bids actually in the hands of the designated official at Neighbor- Works Laredo at the time set in this Notice to Bidders shall be consid- ered. Bids submitted by telephone, email or fax will not be considered. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and inform them- selves regarding all local conditions. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 27, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at NeighborWorks Laredo, 216 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
