City of Laredo Purchasing Division Notice to Bidders Notice is hereby given that the City of Laredo is now accepting sealed bids, subject to the Terms and Con- ditions of this Request for Bids and other contract provisions, for award- ing multiple annual contracts for the supply of OEM generator parts and services for the City's stationary and portable generators for the Fleet De- partment. The City of Laredo strongly encourages electronic bid submis- sions through Cit-E-Bid, which is the preferred method for bid delivery. Electronic submissions help ensure timely receipt and efficient process- ing. While electronic submission is preferred, hand-delivered bids will also be accepted. If submitting in per- son, bids will also be received at City Hall.
