City of Laredo Purchasing Division Notice to Bidders Notice is hereby given that the City of Laredo is now accepting sealed propos- als, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Qualifications and other contract provisions, from a quali- fied firm to provide engineering planning, design, lab equipment procurement sup- port, and project management services for a new drinking water & wastewater compliance laboratory. The City of Lare- do strongly encourages electronic bid submissions through Cit-E-Bid, which is the preferred method for bid deliv- ery. Electronic submissions help ensure timely receipt and efficient processing. While electronic submission is preferred, hand-delivered bids will also be accept- ed. If submitting in person, bids will also be received at City Hall.
