The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Midland, Texas will hold a public hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Monday, March 2, 2026, in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 300 North Loraine, Midland, TX 79701, on a request by Maverick Engineering, on be- half of JMR Dental Service, LLC, for a Residential Replat, on the following described property Lot 5, Block 34, Northgate Addition, Section 19, City and County of Midland, Texas. Generally located on the south side of Northbrook Lane, approximately 350 feet east of San Antonio Avenue. (Council District 1) The meeting facility is accessible to disabled persons. A wheelchair entry ramp is located at the southeast entrance to City Hall. A parking space designated for use by disabled persons is available near the southeast entrance doors.
