NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Meeting: Housing Authority of the City of Midland 700 W. Scharbauer Drive Midland, Texas 79705 Date of Meeting: Monday, March 30, 2026 Time of Meeting: 10:00 AM Purpose: Preview and Public Comments on CFP-5year Plan/ Action/Annual Plans for the Public Housing Program. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input from the city residents in reference to the Five-Year Plan Submission to be sub- mitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for fiscal year 2026-2030. All residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. All documents are on display at the Midland Housing Authority o ce from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. prior to public hearing at the address above.
