The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Midland, Texas will hold a public hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Monday, March 2, 2026, in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 300 North Loraine, Midland, TX 79701, on a request by Maverick Engineering, on be- half of Drew Wegman, for a Residential Replat, on the following described property: A 4.73-acre tract of land out of Lot 22, Block 22, Correction Plat of Western Hills Addition, Section 15, City and County of Midland, Texas. Generally located on the east side of Beal Parkway, approximately 145 feet south of Blue Haven Drive. (Council District 4) The meeting facility is accessible to disabled persons. A wheelchair entry ramp is located at the southeast entrance to City Hall. A parking space designated for use by disabled persons is available near the southeast entrance doors.
