LEGAL NOTICE Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas, No. 46PR-26-18-2; Estate of Sims Gerald Dildy, Jr., Deceased, 1921 Garfield, Texarkana, AR 71854, who died 11/10/25. Christine Fail was appointed Executrix of the Estate on 1/30/26. A contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must present them, duly verified, to the undersigned within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be barred from any benefit in the estate.
