Gaffney, Deceased Case No. 46PR-26-31 NOTICE Last known address of decedent: 404 Boulder Ridge Circle Texarkana, AR 71854 Date of Death: September 9th, 2025 A Petition for Appointment of Administrator, was on the 10th day of February, 2026, filed in the Probate Court of Miller County Arkansas, identifying decedent, who died intestate, and the undersigned was appointed Administrator on the 13th day of February, 2026, thereunder. Contest of the probate can be affected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned Administrator within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
