LEGAL NOTICE Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas, No. 46PR-25-280-1; Estate of Charles C. Owens, Deceased, 5227 Mandeville Rd, Texarkana, Miller Co, AR 71854, who died 10/4/25. Ruth Ann Collier was appointed Executrix of the Estate on 1/27/26. A contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must present them, duly verified, to the undersigned within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be barred from any benefit in the estate.
