Request for Qualifications Contract ID #: C00127838DB147 I-64 at Exit 211 Interchange Improvement Project The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking Statements of Qualifications for the I-64 at Exit 211 Interchange Improvement design-build project from qualified and experienced respondents with design and construction experience. The project scope includes converting the existing interchange into a four-lane diverging diamond interchange. The proposed improvements include widening Route 106, new bridge construction, sidewalks, widening and reconstruction of four ramps, drainage, stormwater management facilities, traffic signals and lighting. The work includes but is not limited to: roadway and bridge design, survey, environmental, geotechnical, hydraulics and stormwater management, traffic control devices, transportation management plan, traffic signals, utility relocation, quality assurance and quality control, construction engineering and inspection, and overall project management.
