Sussex Development is soliciting bids for the Watermen's Hall Visitor Center Renovation and Campus Improvements at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science in Gloucester Point, VA. The Project includes renovations and improvements of areas located at Watermen's Hall at VIMS, 1370 Greate Road, Gloucester Point, VA 23062.
Bid documents may be obtained through Sussex. Bids are due to Sussex by 4:00pm on June 8, 2026.   Pre-bid RFI's are due to Sussex by 9:30am on June 4, 2026.
