ORDER

UPON CONSIDERATION of the Plaintiff's Order of Publication into Court it is on this 16th day of April 2026, hereby
ORDERED that The Estate of Christopher Armistead and All Heirs of Christopher Armistead be served by Publication in this Interpleader action pursuant to Va. Code Section 8.01-317; and it is further 
ORDERED that such Order of Publication shall be published in the Virginia newspaper, The Farmville Herald, once a week for four (4) successive weeks; and
