Beginning at an iron on the northern side of U.S. Highway No. 58 in the southeast corner of the D.I. Watson Subdivision, dated January 1, 1954, as shown on the map hereinafter referred to; thence N 3° 30' E 199.71 feet to an iron; thence N 86° 38' W 466.79 feet to an iron; thence N 7° 57' 30” W 307.68 feet to an iron; thence N 8° 21' W 601.81 feet to a cedar stake; thence N 9° 09' W 361.38 feet to an iron; thence N 63° 40' E 1144.37 feet to an iron at point “A” in the center line of Golden Bottom Branch; thence along the center line of Golden Bottom Branch as the same meanders in the following general courses and distances: S 44° 55' 19” E 102.89 feet; S 12° 25' 57” W 716.67 feet; S 3° 53' 49” E 408.47 feet; S 51° 04' 04” W 124.58 feet; S 16° 47' 16” W 118.25 feet; and S 5° 11' 48” E 269.02 feet to a point which is marked “B” on Plat of Survey of Lands for Harvey B. Barksdale, made by R. David Hazelwood, Surveyor, dated February 6, 1979, revised April 2, 1979, and last revised May 14, 1979, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Map Book 25, at Page 99; thence leaving the center line of Golden Bottom Branch S 51° 18' 30” W 245.46 feet to an iron located on the eastern side a 20-foot road, thence along the eastern side of said 20-foot road, S 3° 30' W 199.83 feet the point on the northern side of U.S. Highway No. 58; thence along said highway N 86° 17' W 20 feet to an iron at the point and place of beginning, containing 21.31 acres, more or less, as shown on Plat of Survey for Thompson & Wyatt, Inc., made by Interstate Engineering-Surveying, dated September 23, 1981, recorded in the aforementioned Clerk's Office in Deed Book 709, at Page 347.
Less and except that 1.65 acre, more or less, tract of land conveyed to Melvin S. Bass and Eva S. Bass, his wife, by Deed dated March 1, 1984, recorded in the aforementioned Clerk's Office in Deed Book 737, at Page 660.
And being the 19.66 acre, more or less, portion of the same property conveyed to Celestial Pentecostal Church, Inc., a New York corporation, from Ronald J. Thompson and Judy D. Thompson, husband and wife, and Earl R. Wyatt and Frances P. Wyatt, husband and wife, by Deed dated April 4, 1984, and recorded August 28, 1984, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Deed Book 746, at Page 793.This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 464, at Page 62 and Deed Book 746, at Page 793.Tax Map No. 2357-52-7010 & 2357-52-7149Account No. 18657 & 18657All those tracts or parcels of land, lying and being situate in the Dan River Magisterial District, Pittsylvania County, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1: Beginning at a point on the northern side of U.S. Highway No. 58, which point is in the southwestern corner of Lot “C”, as shown on the map hereinafter referred to; thence N 3° 30' E 65.20 feet to a point; thence N 63° 43' E 172.83 feet to a point; thence S 3° 30' W 151.05 feet to a point on the northern side of U.S. Highway No. 58; thence along the northern side of said highway N 86° 30' W 150 feet to the point and place of beginning, being, in fact, Lot “C”, containing 0.37 acre, more or less, as shown on Plat of Survey for Thompson & Wyatt, Inc., made by Interstate Engineering-Surveying, dated September 23, 1981, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, in Deed Book 709, at Page 347. Parcel 2: Beginning at point “B” in the center line of Golden Bottom Branch, as shown on the map hereinafter referred to; thence along the center line of Golden Bottom Branch as the same meanders in a general course of S 13° 41' 06” E 173.77 feet, more or less (reference here being made to the map referred to in paragraph 1, above, recorded in Deed Book 709, at Page 347), to a point in the property now or formerly owned by Dowdy, as shown on the two maps referred to in this description; thence S 63° 43' W 268.70 feet, more or less, to the eastern margin of a 20-foot road; thence along the eastern margin of said 20- foot road N 3° 30' E 134.63 feet to a point; thence N 51° 18' 30” E 245.46 feet to point “B”, as shown on Plat of Survey of Lands for Harvey B.
