ALEXANDRIA, VA 222314    Case No. CL26000817  Commonwealth of Virginia, in re Kelly Gabriela Martinez  v. Modesto Marquez Jr.     The object of this suit is to:       Wherefore, the plaintiff prays that she be granted the following relief: That a divorce a vinculo matrimonii be granted to the plaintiff on the grounds that the parties have been living separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of more than one year since December 2019.    It is ORDERED that Modesto Marquez Jr. at the above-named court and protect his/her interests on or before Monday June 8th, 2026.
