VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY D/B/A DOMINION ENERGY
On May 1, 2026, Virginia Electric and Power Company d/b/a Dominion Energy
Virginia (“Dominion” or “Company”), pursuant to § 56-585.1 A 4 (“Subsection A 4”) of
the Code of Virginia (“Code”) and 20 VAC 5-204-5, 20 VAC 5-204-10, 20 VAC 5-204-
60, and 20 VAC 5-204-90 of the Rules Governing Utility Rate Applications and Annual
Informational Filings of Investor-Owned Electric Utilities, 20 VAC 5-204-5, et seq., filed
an application (“Application”) with the State Corporation Commission (“Commission”) for
approval of a revised increment/decrement rate adjustment clause designated as Rider
